Founder and CEO

With nearly two decades of experience in regulatory compliance, environmental service and Internet software development, Darla S. Bell leads Noble Grace with a passion to preserve the long-standing integrity of the energy industry and to help this crucial part of our economy operate in a safe and responsible manner.  A Texas native, Darla knows firsthand how important oil & gas is to this country, “It is part of every facet of our lives; fuels our cars, lights our homes, cooks our meals and keeps our families warm in the winter and cool during the hot summer months. Energy is what makes America work!”

As a result of her longtime experience in the oil & gas industry, Darla has created a loyal following of clients that depend on her expert guidance to help them manage the rough road of regulatory compliance. She has held the positions of Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Energy Services for Magnolia River Services Inc., one of the nation’s leading energy industry engineering and consulting firms, Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Business Development for ENERGY worldnet, Inc., and Vice President for ISN Software Corporation, where she played a key role in the development and launch of ISNetworld. She has also worked extensively with BFI and Waste Management in the environmental industry.

Darla actively participates in associations, consortiums and organizations that serve the oil & gas industry—particularly in the areas of compliance issues and industry best practices. She is on the Board of Directors for the American Public Gas Association and has served as Chairman to the Marketing and Communications committee for the Texas Gas Association, where her contributions earned her a service award in 2006 – 2007.

Ashley Marek

Designer

Creating things for others has been a constant in Ashley’s life so graphic design for print work and websites just seemed like a natural progression when it came to selecting a career.

Ashley is a Dallas, Texas native and has worked with four very different companies in completely different industries, realizing her focus, strengths and interests can be applied to practically any business.  From the recruiting industry to the wedding industry to the software development industry and now the Oil & Gas industry, Ashley acknowledges, “Every one of us have a brand that we portray to others but many of us do not know or really think of what that actually is – branding, marketing and social media allow us to control what others think about us, about our companies.”

A self-admitted researcher, Ashley will figure out the answer if she does not have it and do what she can to educate herself quickly on a subject.  A self-starter that holds a love for being at the start of a new company, Ashley is a consistent producer that always has the big picture in the forefront of her mind but focuses on the little bits and pieces to make it a reality.
